Originally designed as a University project in the early 2000s, the Zip Spine book sat hidden away in a cupboard. It only saw the light of day every so often when I showed it to a friend. The response was always had the same vibe of – ‘Wow! That is different and clever.’

It is different because as you will see from the video on this page. The spine of the book un-zips, enabling it to unfold into a poster. Also when viewed from the front cover the zip looks like hair.

Finally, in mid-late 2021, I decided to restyle the illustrations and produce around 100 of the zip books to sell.
